Players arrive, check in, submit army lists (if required), and receive table assignments.

9:30 AM – Round 1 Begins

12:00 PM – Round 1 Ends

Pizza and drinks provided.
Players are asked to display their armies for judging.
Best Painted evaluation takes place during this time.

12:30 PM – Round 2 Begins
2.5-hour round.

3:00 PM – Round 2 Ends

3:00 PM – Round 3 Begins
Final 2.5-hour round.

5:30 PM – Round 3 Ends
