Arkham Horror

Arkham Horror: The Card Game is a cooperative living card game produced by Fantasy Flight Games. It is set in the universe of Chaosium's Call of Cthulhu roleplaying game which is itself based on the Cthulhu Mythos of H.P. Lovecraft and other cosmic horror writers. There is also a series of Arkham Horror novels available expanding the world & mythos!

Campaign play is the default mode of the game, allowing a player to progress through a series of scenarios. In campaign play, choices made in scenarios have lasting effects, altering the story and how later scenarios play out. Each scenario has multiple paths of divergence offering multiple playthroughs with differing experiences each time.

Arkham Horror has a massive amount of replay value thanks to all of the variety in the game. If you end up loving the game, this could be your group's go-to since it always tells a new story. Most people will agree that Arkham Horror is a memorable experience regardless of whether they are big fans of the game or not.

Once you have a Box Expansion and all six Mythos Packs tied to it, you have an entire Arkham cycle! Congratulations! You can now play a full campaign in that cycle as many times as you would like, with different investigators, different friends, at different difficulties.

There are currently eight campaigns released in the Arkham Horror LCG, although Night of the Zealot is considered a "mini-campaign" because it is the only campaign to have three scenarios. All other campaigns consist of eight scenarios each.
