1. What is Warcry?
Warcry is a “Skirmish” level gaming system for the Mortal Realms featured in the Age of Sigmar setting. The game focuses on “warbands” of warriors from every culture and walk of life in the Mortal Realms, each with their own goals, tactics and aspirations.

2. Difference between Warcry and Warhammer 40K?
Warcry has the same central appeal as its better-known sibling: it looks superb on your table, it's exciting to roll buckets of dice, and there are moments of legendary heroism. But Warcry is much more accessible to learn and play, while also being possibly better balanced and more strategic.

3. Is Warcry easy to learn?
Warcry is easy to start playing, fast and brutal. Traditionally it is played between 2 players but browsing online the rules are easily adapted for solo games

4. What should I buy for Warcry?
The first and most important book that you need to play Warcry is of course the Core Book. This has been sold separately since the release of the game back in 2019, but also been included in the Core Starter Set and in the Catacombs release.

5. Can you use Warcry Age of Sigmar models in Warhammer 40K?
You can use Age of Sigmar models in Warhammer 40,000 if you choose to play one of the Chaos factions, since they share the same Chaos deities in both games. However, you cannot use Warhammer 40,000 models within Age of Sigmar, as bolt guns and power armor haven't quite reached the Mortal Realms yet.
