1. What is Warhammer 40K Kill Team?
Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team is a top-down shooter game with twin-stick control, set in the Warhammer 40,000 future fantasy universe. Players play as Space Marines attempting to halt an Ork invasion spaceship, facing orks and, later, Tyranids.

2. How is Kill Team different than regular Warhammer 40K?
Kill Team is a Warhammer 40,000 tabletop skirmish game. This means that, while regular games of Warhammer 40,000 features big armies with many different units, vehicles and characters, Kill Team is all about a small group of soldiers fighting other small groups of soldiers.

3. How does a game of Kill Team work?
Each player takes control of a small Kill Team, usually consisting of about 8-12 models, and fights for control of objectives or to kill the enemy team. Players take turns activating models and engaging in both long-range and melee combat until 4 rounds have passed. Each battle can last between 45 and 75 minutes.

Thanks to the Kill Team Compendium and the new streamlined list-building system, it's easier than ever to bring squads from your Warhammer 40,000 army into games of Kill Team. Many full-fledged kill teams can be formed from units commonly found in Crusade armies, such as Intercessors, Plague Marines, and Fire Warriors.
