Wave 2 Pre-Orders Notice: Our initial allocation is considered Wave 1. These arrive in time for the official release weekend (Saturday release date), assuming there are no issues or delays—which, 95% of the time, there aren’t.

If the product states "Wave 2" in the title, this is part of a second allocation. These are sourced from Games Workshop or other authorized retailers and will generally arrive the week after release. In most cases, please allow an extra 3–5 business days for fulfillment.

1. Do pre-orders qualify for discounts?

Games Workshop products are automatically discounted 15% off MSRP in most cases. No additional codes are required—discounts are applied at checkout.

2. What is a Wave 2 Pre-Order?

Wave 2 pre-orders are sourced from Games Workshop or other retailers and generally arrive the week after official release. In most cases, allow an extra 3–5 business days. We usually pay a higher cost for these products to keep them available for our customers.

3. Can I cancel a pre-order?

Pre-orders can be cancelled before they have shipped, but will be subject to our regular processing fees. Depending on your payment method, this ranges from 3–8% to cover non-refundable transaction fees.

4. Will I receive tracking when my order ships?

Yes. You’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking number and link as soon as your order has shipped. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or reach out.

5. When can I pick up my order?

If you selected local pickup, please wait for the "ready for pickup" notification. If it's release day and you haven't received it, feel free to call or email the store—just in case we forgot to send it or there’s been a delay.

6. If the new releases are delayed, how will I know?

We typically post delays on our social media. If there’s a major issue, we’ll also contact you via email. That said, 95%+ of pre-orders arrive on time without issue.

7. If I order in-stock items with pre-orders, when will they ship?

Orders will ship once all items in the order are available. This means if you include a pre-order in your cart, the entire order will be held until the pre-order arrives.
