Tistaminis Game Ambassador Program
At Tistaminis, our passion has always been providing the best selection of hobby products — miniatures, trading cards, paints, and supplies. Our business has been built around helping players find what the products and supplies they need for their favorite games. Running events in-store sometimes does not get the full attention it deserves for some games.
That’s where you come in. We’ve created the Community Ambassador Program because we know that the best events and communities grow from within. We have the space, the players, and the games - but we need passionate community leaders to help bring it all together.
By stepping up as an ambassador, you’ll play a direct role in shaping your favorite game’s community here at Tistaminis. Together, we can make the most of the dedicated space we’ve set aside for players to meet, compete, and connect.
Ambassador Expectations
As a Tistaminis Community Ambassador, you’ll be a leader, organizer, and cheerleader for your game community. We want ambassadors who are passionate, reliable, and eager to help others enjoy the hobby. The ultimate goal is to grow the community size, and engagement between members.
To keep the program strong, we ask ambassadors to meet the following expectations:
>Event Support: Assist with setup, pairings, rules questions, and welcoming new players.
>Community Engagement: Stay active in the online community and discord page. Weekly interaction.
>Promotion & Growth: Spread the word about store events. Post on Facebook groups, other Discord servers etc. Get the word out.
Actively help recruit and encourage new players to try the game in-store.
>Reliability & Professionalism: Represent Tistaminis with positivity and inclusivity. Be on time, engaged, support and fun.
>Check-Ins & Accountability: Quarterly Check ins to review goals, progress, and ensure goals are being met.

No. It’s a volunteer role with perks (e.g., product discount, discounted event tickets, custom shirt, recognition, and other ambassador benefits).
Yes you may apply for multiple games, however at this moment we are looking for one individual per role only.
Please still apply. We review applications quarterly, as a previous ambassador may be leaving their role potentially. Strong applicants are kept on file.
The expectation is roughly 2-4 hours on a weekly basis.
It is recommended that you know the basics of the game at the very least, as you may be expected to guide and teach new players.
Quarterly check-ins look at community growth (number of new players brought in), as well as community engagement (Discord server), community feedback, and more. If you are actively helping grow and foster the community at Tistaminis.
Yes. Ambassadors must promote a welcoming, inclusive environment and represent Tistaminis positively. No harassment, gatekeeping, or self-dealing.
You are not expected to make every event, but it would be ideal if you can be present for the weekly game night. More importantly, attendance for the larger events would be preferred. Life happens of course so this is not 100% expected, just preferred.
