9:00 AM – Registration & Check-In
Players arrive, check in, submit lists (if required), and get table assignments.

9:30 AM – Round 1 Begins
2-hour round using new edition rules (final format TBD).

11:30 AM – Round 1 Ends

11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Lunch Break
Pizza and drinks provided.
Players are asked to display their armies for judging.
Best Painted / Best in Show evaluation takes place during this time.

12:30 PM – Round 2 Begins
2-hour round.

2:30 PM – Round 2 Ends

2:30 PM – Round 3 Begins
Final 2-hour round.

4:30 PM – Round 3 Ends

Awards & Prizing (Approx. 4:45 PM)

• Best Painted
• Best in Show
• Raffle Prize
