📅 Event Details

Date: Sunday, March 7th, 2026
Location: 162 Parkdale Ave. N, Hamilton, Ontario
Format: Teams of 2 Players
Rounds: 3 Rounds
Round Time: 2.5 hours (strict)
Total Event Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Lunch: 30-minute pizza lunch included with ticket
Entry Fee: $25 per player ($50 per team)
Registration Platform: Best Coast Pairings (BCP)

Teams must register and upload both players’ army lists through Best Coast Pairings prior to the event start.


⚔️ Army Construction Rules

Each team consists of two players, each bringing a 1,000-point Incursion Detachment following Warhammer 40,000 10th Edition rules. Together, they will form a combined Strikeforce-sized army on the tabletop.

Team Structure:
• Each player builds a legal Incursion Detachment (1,000 points).
• Teammates are considered Allied Forces for game purposes.
• Both armies share a single Command Point pool during play.

Restrictions:
• No LEGENDS units allowed.
• No Forge World units allowed.
• Each player may include up to two units with the same datasheet name (four if Battleline or Dedicated Transport).
• Teams may include a maximum of one TITANIC unit per team.

Modeling Standards:
All models must be fully assembled.
All wargear must be clearly represented (WYSIWYG to a reasonable level).


🎯 Missions and Terrain

Each round will feature a pre-selected Strikeforce mission using balanced and consistent terrain layouts across all tables.
Missions are designed to encourage coordination, teamwork, and strategic synergy between partners.

Terrain and objectives will be standardized across the event to ensure fairness and a strong competitive experience.
The full mission pack and terrain maps will be revealed at the event.

🏆 Prizing and Awards

Awards will be presented for the following categories:

First Place – Highest combined team score after all rounds
Best Thematic Pair – Awarded to the team with the most fitting narrative, army synergy, or lore-based alliance
Best in Show – Chosen by the TO for outstanding painting, basing, and presentation across both armies
Door Prize – Random prize draw open to all participants

Additional prizes or sponsor swag may be available depending on turnout.


📋 Event Conduct and Requirements

Each player must have their finalized army list uploaded to Best Coast Pairings before the event.
Bring all required materials: codexes, dice, tape measure, and printed datasheets or cards.
Sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play are expected at all times.

Each round is strictly limited to 2.5 hours. Slow play penalties may be applied at the TO’s discretion.
The Tournament Organizer’s rulings are final in all disputes.
