Vallejo Pigment – Burnt Sienna (VAL73106)
Vallejo Burnt Sienna Pigment is part of Vallejo’s premium range of earth and iron oxide pigments, ideal for achieving natural terrain tones, weathering effects, and environmental shading on models and dioramas. These pigments are the same finely processed, micronized materials used in Vallejo paint production, ensuring excellent dispersion in water, acrylic mediums, turpentine, and other binders.
Burnt Sienna offers a warm, earthy tone perfect for replicating dried mud, rust accents, brick dust, desert soil, and sun-baked ground textures. The pigment can be applied dry for subtle deposits or mixed with mediums to create layered, textured effects.
For adhesion, use Vallejo Matte Medium or Glaze Medium. Glaze Medium extends working time, making it ideal for blending, water run-off effects, and working pigments into fine surface details. Pigments can also be combined with Vallejo Water & Stone products—such as Transparent Water for oil or fuel stains, or Sandy Paste for rough, heavy mud and rust buildup.
These non-toxic pigments come in a secure 30 ml pot (17–39 g depending on pigment density) with a childproof cap to prevent accidental spills.
