Flames of War Polish 7TP Tank Platoon (x5 Plastic)

Bring Polish armored forces to your early-war battlefield with the Flames of War Polish 7TP Tank Platoon. This plastic miniature set contains 5 7TP tanks, allowing you to add one of Poland's most important armored fighting vehicles of the 1939 campaign to your Flames of War army.

The 7TP was a Polish light tank developed from the British Vickers 6-ton design and improved with a number of Polish modifications. The best-known version carried a 37mm anti-tank gun, giving Polish armored formations a capable weapon for confronting enemy tanks during the opening battles of the Second World War.

With five plastic vehicles included, this set is ideal for building or expanding a Polish tank formation for Flames of War.

The 7TP

The 7TP was one of the principal tanks fielded by Poland during the German invasion in September 1939.

Developed from the Vickers 6-ton tank, the Polish design incorporated a number of improvements that distinguished it from its predecessor.

Although available in relatively limited numbers, the 7TP represented an important part of Poland's armored forces during the opening campaign of the Second World War.

Polish Armored Forces

A 7TP platoon provides Polish commanders with mobile armored support for their infantry and other battlefield formations.

Use your tanks to:

• Engage enemy armor

• Support infantry attacks

• Pressure objectives

• Exploit openings

• Counter enemy vehicles

• Provide mobile firepower

• Build historically themed Polish forces

The five included tanks provide a strong foundation for developing an armored element within a larger Polish army.

1939 Campaign

The 7TP is closely associated with the Polish campaign of 1939, making this set an excellent choice for recreating battles from the opening weeks of World War II.

Build scenarios featuring Polish forces against opposing armies across:

• Farmland

• Villages

• Roads

• Forests

• Defensive positions

• Urban areas

• Open countryside

Combine your 7TPs with Polish infantry, artillery, anti-tank guns, and other support units to create a broader historical force.

Five Plastic Tanks

The set includes 5 plastic 7TP tank miniatures.

Plastic construction provides crisp vehicle detail while keeping the models lightweight and practical for regular tabletop use.

A five-tank set also allows players to create a cohesive platoon with matching markings and camouflage.

Excellent Painting Project

The 7TP provides an excellent opportunity to paint early-war Polish armor.

Try techniques for:

• Polish camouflage

• Vehicle markings

• Tracks

• Metallic wear

• Dust

• Mud

• Oil streaks

• Exhaust staining

• Chipping

• Battlefield weathering

Vary the amount of dirt and wear between vehicles to give the platoon a natural campaign appearance.

Build a Polish Flames of War Army

The 7TP Tank Platoon pairs naturally with other Polish releases, including:

• Polish infantry

• Artillery

• Anti-tank weapons

• Command units

• Polish Unit Cards

• Polish Command Cards

• Polish Dice
