United States Rapid Deployment Force
The United States military has embraced advanced Rift technology to create specialized formations capable of responding rapidly to changing battlefield conditions.
Among the most important developments are the Firefly Airborne Specialist Infantry, highly mobile soldiers equipped with advanced jump technology.
American commanders frequently use Firefly units as emergency reserves, sending them to reinforce threatened sectors or counter enemy advances.
The Rapid Deployment Force combines these soldiers with combat walkers, creating a formation capable of moving quickly while maintaining substantial firepower.
Firefly Airborne Specialist Infantry
The core of the army consists of 30 multipart plastic Firefly Airborne Specialist Infantry.
These specialized American troops use advanced jump equipment to achieve exceptional battlefield mobility.
Their ability to reposition rapidly makes them valuable for responding to developing threats and exploiting opportunities.
The Firefly Infantry provide the main component of the Rapid Deployment Force's Assault Platoon.
Firefly Platoon Commander
The set includes 1 Firefly Platoon Commander, supplied as a Warlord Resin miniature.
This officer provides a command figure for the formation, representing the leadership responsible for coordinating the movement and attacks of the Firefly Infantry.
The miniature also serves as a distinctive character model within the United States army.
M2A5 Linebacker Medium Walker
Providing mechanical support is 1 M2A5 Linebacker Medium Walker.
This multipart plastic combat walker adds heavier firepower to the Rapid Deployment Force.
The Linebacker supports the mobile Firefly Infantry, allowing the formation to combine rapid troop movements with substantial battlefield firepower.
Its mechanical design also makes it an impressive addition to an American Konflikt '47 collection.
M10A1 Grizzly Medium Assault Walker
The box also includes 1 M10A1 Grizzly Medium Assault Walker.
This multipart plastic miniature provides another powerful armoured element for the formation.
The Grizzly complements the Linebacker, giving the Rapid Deployment Force two different combat walkers to support its airborne infantry.
Together, these machines form the armoured component of the force.

-
Rapid battlefield movement
-
Mobile infantry operations
-
Reinforcing threatened positions
-
Countering enemy breakthroughs
