If your order contains Pre-Order items, it will hold up the order until all items have arrived and are ready to ship.
You should automatically receive a tracking number once the item ships.
If Canada Post is on strike, we use other couriers which vary based on shipping location and package (UPS, Fedex, Purolator, Canpar, and more). We can not ship to PO Boxes during Canada Post Strikes
