Games Workshop Special Order Requests
Hello everyone,
We will be testing out doing special order requests for Games Workshop products.
This will allow you to request and order what you are looking for, without having to wait for a general restock and rushing to buy it before other customers do. This will help ensure you get exactly what you are looking for more reliably.
We will order what you are looking for specifically, and ship it as soon as it arrives.
How it works:
1. We will send an email blast (start of the month), to take special order requests. You may also email tistaminis@gmail.com at any time.
2. Respond to the email with what you are looking to get. The items need to be available / in-stock for us to order them. Please check the GW Site.
3. We will then send an invoice for all the items requested and order them in. If you would like to add other items that are available on our website to combine shipping, you may include them as well.
4.Will ship them out as soon as we receive them, normally takes about 1 week.

Expert Kits - These items we can order, but don’t receive any discounts from GW for them. You are better off buying them directly from GW. We can however still order them for you if you’d like, but will charge 10% more if so to cover overhead. We don’t make any money on these.
They are marked on the Games Workshop website with “Expert Kit” on the product title.

Product prices will be the same as those listed on our website.
Other Notes:
>This only applies to Canadian customers, we are not allowed to ship new Games Workshop outside of Canada
>Cancellations - Cancelled orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee for these special / custom orders.
