About the Vehicle:
Introduced in 1943, the SU-76M was built on the chassis of the T-70 light tank and quickly became one of the Red Army’s most important armored vehicles. Nicknamed the “Suka” by its crews, it combined firepower, mobility, and economy of production. Its covered variant offered additional crew safety while still being light enough to cross terrain inaccessible to heavier tanks. It saw action on all major Soviet fronts until the end of the war.
About the Model:
This kit is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Resin and metal components provide excellent detail, requiring super glue for assembly. Painting is recommended for best tabletop results.
