The Sky Lantern is a marvel of Cathayan engineering, used by the Celestial Dragon’s armies to survey the battlefield and issue precise commands from above. Suspended beneath an ornate balloon, an armoured gondola carries a Magistrate and elite marksmen who coordinate war machines and strike from above with deadly accuracy.
