Model Air adheres exceptionally well to resin, plastic, steel, and white metal. Once varnished (gloss, satin, or matte), it can be overpainted with enamels or oils and withstands cleaning with turpentine and even light alcohol washes. Abrasion resistance after varnishing is excellent for a water-based acrylic.
