Vallejo VAL78403 – AFV Russian 4BO Green (AFV Armour Painting System – 6×8 ml Set)

This Vallejo AFV Painting System set is designed to recreate the authentic Russian 4BO Green tones used on Soviet armored vehicles. The system provides a progression of base colors, half-tones, and highlight shades, allowing modelers to achieve realistic volume, contrast, and light effects on AFV surfaces. When applied in sequence, these tones bring depth and definition to any WWII or Cold War–era Russian armor project.

The set includes six Model Air colors in 8 ml bottles as well as a step-by-step painting guide by Chema Cabrero and a color chart to help modelers achieve accurate finishes. The shades included cover the full 4BO range, from deep shadow tones to lighter highlights, along with a satin varnish for sealing the final result.
