Major Grant Vargus – Warcaster
At the heart of the expansion stands Major Grant Vargus, a seasoned Cygnar commander whose resilience and determination inspire those fighting alongside him.
Vargus embodies the toughness of the Gravediggers, providing leadership for a force built around disciplined soldiers, specialized equipment, and coordinated battlefield tactics.
His presence makes him an excellent centerpiece for a growing Gravediggers army.
Lieutenant Stella Barron – Character Solo
Lieutenant Stella Barron joins the force as a Character Solo, adding another distinctive Cygnar officer to your collection.
She complements the Gravediggers' military theme and provides an additional character option for your tabletop battles.
Gravedigger Rangers
The expansion includes 2 Gravedigger Ranger units, providing a substantial infantry presence.
Well-trained and battle-tested, these soldiers are capable of holding the line against determined enemy attacks.
Their disciplined approach makes them a natural foundation for a Gravediggers force.
Use the Rangers to support your battle plan by:
-
Securing important positions
-
Holding objectives
-
Supporting defensive lines
-
Reinforcing threatened areas
-
Coordinating with ranged support units
Gun Mages
The newly equipped Gun Mages bring arcane firepower to the Gravediggers.
Combining firearms with magical abilities, these specialists provide a distinctive alternative to conventional infantry weapons.
Their inclusion adds another layer of ranged support to the force and reinforces Cygnar's combination of military technology and arcane warfare.
Blocker – Light Warjack
The Blocker is a Light Warjack designed to deploy through heavy airdrop operations.
Rather than approaching enemy defenses conventionally, the Blocker can arrive unexpectedly and apply pressure to entrenched opponents.
Its battlefield purpose centers on dislodging enemies from fortified positions and disrupting established defensive lines.
Skirmisher – Light Warjack
The Skirmisher is another Light Warjack equipped for heavy airdrop deployment.
Where the Blocker focuses on confronting entrenched opponents, the Skirmisher is designed to take advantage of favorable firing positions.
Its role emphasizes positioning and ranged attacks, allowing it to threaten enemies from advantageous locations.
Together, the Blocker and Skirmisher give the Gravediggers two different approaches to airborne warjack support.
Trollkin Express Sniper
The Trollkin Express Sniper provides specialized ranged support as a Command Attachment.
Its inclusion reinforces the Gravediggers' focus on disciplined firepower and precision battlefield operations.
Heavy Machine Gun Crew
The Heavy Machine Gun Crew adds sustained firepower to the army.
Machine guns are a natural fit for the Gravediggers' military style, providing another way to support infantry formations and threaten enemy advances.
The crew adds a dedicated ranged-support element alongside the Rangers, Gun Mages, and warjacks.
Mantlet – Light Airdrop / Defense
The Mantlet provides a defensive support option with Light Airdrop capabilities.
It complements the army's airborne deployment theme while reinforcing the Gravediggers' ability to establish and defend battlefield positions.
Airborne Warfare
One of the defining characteristics of the Gravediggers is their ability to deploy specialized equipment directly into battle.
The expansion includes several components associated with airdrop operations:
