Army Restrictions
To keep the event balanced and fast-paced, the following restrictions apply:
- 300 Point armies
- Minimum 2 models required
- Maximum Hero cost: 125 points
- Maximum base size: 50mm
- Models on 60mm bases or larger are not permitted
- Official Games Workshop MESBG profiles and Legendary Legions are permitted
- No unofficial rules or profiles
Hobby Requirements
- Fully assembled miniatures are required
- Painted armies are encouraged but not mandatory
- Clear wargear representation is recommended
- Bring all relevant rules and army lists
-Players who bring a "24X24" game area with terrain to help us out for table numbers will be enterered into a *Raffle Prize Draw*
Scoring
Players will compete over 6 rounds using Swiss pairings.
Primary standings will be determined by:
- Wins
- Victory Points
- Strength of Schedule
- Head-to-Head Result (if applicable)

Awards will be presented for:
- 1st Place
- 2nd Place
- Best in Show
- Wooden Spoon

Sportsmanship & Expectations
This event is intended to be fun, fast, and community focused. Players are expected to:
- Arrive on time
- Play at a reasonable pace
- Maintain clear communication with opponents
- Treat all players respectfully
Rules disputes should be handled calmly and brought to the TO if needed.

A note on the naming of this event
September 26th T.A. 3018 :
The Hobbits leave Fredegar Bolger back in Crickhollow to impersonate Frodo. They enter the Old Forest.
They encounter Old Man Willow and are rescued by Tom Bombadil who hosts them to his house. Frodo dreams about Gandalf.
Two Nazgûl come to Bree from the South road.
Gandalf hurries towards The Shire on Shadowfax.
Boromir travels towards Rivendell to ask for counsel.
