MIDDLE-EARTH SBG: LORDS OF THE FIEFDOMS
Forlong the Fat, Angbor the Fearless, and Duinhir are all notable characters from the realm of Gondor in J.R.R. Tolkien's legendarium. While they do not receive as much attention as some of the major figures like Aragorn or Gandalf, they each play important roles in the defense of Gondor during the War of the Ring.
Forlong the Fat: Forlong is described as the Lord of Lossarnach, a region in southern Gondor known for its fertile lands and skilled soldiers. Despite his jovial appearance and nickname, Forlong is a stout-hearted and courageous leader who brings a contingent of warriors to aid in the defense of Minas Tirith. He fights valiantly during the Battle of the Pelennor Fields, ultimately falling in battle.
Angbor the Fearless: Angbor is the Lord of Lamedon, another region in southern Gondor. He is known for his bravery and leadership, and he plays a crucial role in organizing the defense of Gondor against the forces of Mordor. Angbor leads the men of Lamedon into battle alongside Prince Imrahil of Dol Amroth, helping to turn the tide against the armies of the Dark Lord.
Duinhir: Duinhir is a captain from the land of Blackroot Vale, located in the southern part of Gondor. He is the father of Duilin and Derufin, who also fight alongside him in the defense of Minas Tirith. Duinhir and his sons lead a company of archers from Blackroot Vale, known for their skill with the bow. They play a vital role in defending the city during the Battle of the Pelennor Fields.
