Drop Pods are self-contained, recoverable orbital assault capsules designed to deliver squads of Space Marines directly into the heart of battle. Ideal for lightning strikes and sudden battlefield disruption, these armoured descent craft are deployed en masse from orbit, falling like deadly meteors toward their target. Their reinforced hulls withstand the intense heat and pressure of re-entry, but their true protection lies in sheer speed—striking before the enemy can react.

This multipart plastic kit builds one Drop Pod, a dedicated transport for your Legiones Astartes armies in Warhammer: The Horus Heresy. Perfect for aggressive, high-risk tactics, the Drop Pod allows you to insert troops precisely where they’re needed most. It comes armed as standard with a pintle-mounted combi-bolter to provide immediate suppressive fire upon landing.

The model features a fully detailed interior, including control consoles and troop harnesses, and is designed with glueless assembly for its five doors, allowing you to open or close them during gameplay.

Legion Flexibility & Iconography:
This kit contains no Legion-specific markings, making it suitable for any Space Marine force—Loyalist or Traitor. Optional decorative icons are included for the Imperial Aquila, Space Wolves, Ultramarines, Dark Angels, and Blood Angels.

Assembly & Painting:
Requires assembly and painting. We recommend Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour Paints for best results.
