Wave 2 pre-orders are sourced from Games Workshop or other retailers and generally arrive the week after official release. In most cases, allow an extra 3–5 business days. We usually pay a higher cost for these products to keep them available for our customers.

Pre-orders can be cancelled before they have shipped, but will be subject to our regular processing fees. Depending on your payment method, this ranges from 3–8% to cover non-refundable transaction fees.

If you selected local pickup, please wait for the "ready for pickup" notification. If it's release day and you haven't received it, feel free to call or email the store—just in case we forgot to send it or there’s been a delay.

We typically post delays on our social media. If there’s a major issue, we’ll also contact you via email. That said, 95%+ of pre-orders arrive on time without issue.

Orders will ship once all items in the order are available. This means if you include a pre-order in your cart, the entire order will be held until the pre-order arrives.
