Gamers Grass – Tufts and Scenic Bases for Miniatures

Gamers Grass offers an exceptional range of tufts, basing materials, and scenic resin bases designed to elevate your miniatures. Perfect for wargamers, diorama builders, and painters, these products make it easy to create realistic environments for any scale. Whether you need battlefield grit, alien landscapes, or lush forest floors, Gamers Grass has a solution for every basing need.

Gamers Grass tufts are pre-made vegetation patches used to add realistic texture and color to miniature bases, dioramas, and terrain. They’re ideal for recreating grasslands, deserts, swamps, or alien worlds. Simply peel and stick them to your base with minimal effort.

Tufts come in various sizes, including small, medium, large, and wild. Shapes range from standard round tufts to alien blobs and spikey grass. This allows for creative variation in natural environments. Some packs even include mixed-size selections for added flexibility.

Applying tufts is simple—use tweezers to peel the tuft from the sheet and press it onto a dab of PVA glue or superglue on your miniature base. For resin scenic bases, paint and weather the base first, then add tufts or static grass for the final touch.

Gamers Grass scenic bases are highly detailed resin bases pre-sculpted with terrain features like rubble, cracked earth, industrial plating, or alien flora. They come in popular wargaming sizes (25mm, 32mm, 40mm, etc.) and are perfect for instantly upgrading the look of your miniatures without scratch-building a base from scratch.

While they are optimized for 28–32mm miniatures, Gamers Grass tufts and bases work well for various scales, including 15mm, 40mm, and even model railroads. Smaller tufts can be used for shrubbery in larger scales or tall grass in smaller ones, depending on the effect you’re going for.

Gamers Grass offers a wide array of themes: dry steppe, green jungle, autumn forest, alien purple, snow tundra, and more. Each set is designed to match specific environments or fantasy/sci-fi settings. Their Alien and Battle Ready series are especially popular among science fiction and Warhammer 40K players.
