Flames of War Marmon-Herrington Armoured Car Troop (x3)
The Marmon-Herrington Armoured Car was one of the most widely used reconnaissance vehicles by Commonwealth forces in North Africa. Built in South Africa and armed with a mix of machine guns or light anti-tank weapons, it provided vital mobility and flexibility on the desert battlefield. These cars excelled at scouting, screening, and harassing enemy infantry, making them a key component of British and Dominion armoured car regiments.

About the Vehicle:
The Marmon-Herrington series was developed from 1940 onwards, with various marks serving across the deserts of North Africa. The Mk II and Mk III were especially common with South African, Indian, and British forces. Though lightly armoured, their speed and versatility made them ideal for long-range patrols and hit-and-run tactics during the desert campaigns against the Afrika Korps.
