The Type 38 75mm field gun was the backbone of Japanese divisional artillery during World War II. Though originally developed in the early 20th century, it remained in widespread use throughout the war due to its reliability and versatility. Field Artillery Regiments deployed these guns to deliver a wide range of munitions—including high explosive, armor-piercing, smoke, chemical, phosphorus, and illumination rounds—to suppress enemy positions and support infantry assaults.

This set includes two 75mm gun teams along with an Observer Team, giving your Japanese Flames of War army effective and flexible fire support for mid- or late-war scenarios.
