Realistic Countryside Scenery

Adding them to your gaming table helps create the appearance of an inhabited countryside where farming and everyday life continue beyond the battlefield.

Use them to decorate:

• Farmyards

• Agricultural fields

• Rural villages

• Countryside roads

• Medieval settlements

• Historical battlefields

• Fantasy farming communities

• Scenic dioramas

Pre-Painted & Ready to Play

The Battlefield in a Box range is designed to make tabletop scenery preparation quick and convenient.

Each haystack arrives fully painted, allowing you to place the pieces directly onto your gaming table.

This makes the set particularly useful for players who want attractive scenery without adding another painting project to their hobby schedule.

Suitable for Multiple Miniature Scales

The Haystacks set is designed to work with a variety of miniature scales and tabletop settings.

Its agricultural theme makes it easy to incorporate into different gaming environments, whether you're building a large historical battlefield or a smaller skirmish table.

The scenery can also be used alongside compatible model railway and diorama collections.

Ideal for Historical Wargaming

Haystacks are particularly useful for recreating rural environments found throughout military history.

Use them in battlefields inspired by:

• Napoleonic Wars

• American Civil War

• World War I

• World War II

• Medieval warfare

• Ancient warfare

They provide additional environmental detail without restricting the scenery to a single historical period.

Great for Fantasy Battlefields

The haystacks also work well in fantasy settings.

Use them to populate farming villages, rural settlements, and countryside encounters.

They can be combined with:

• Farmhouses

• Barns

• Fences

• Fields

• Carts

• Trees

• Rural roads

• Village buildings

Together, these elements help create a more immersive tabletop environment.

Narrative & Objective-Based Scenarios

Haystacks can also serve as thematic features in narrative tabletop games.

Use them to create scenarios involving:

• Defending a farm

• Raiding a rural settlement

• Protecting supplies

• Fighting through agricultural fields

• Escorting civilians

• Securing countryside objectives

Their use as cover or other gameplay terrain depends on the rules of the game being played.
