AXIS AND ALLIES STALINGRAD

In the summer of 1942, the German advance into the Soviet Union seemed unstoppable. Stalingrad was expected to fall in weeks. Instead, it became one of the most brutal and decisive battles of World War II, ending with the surrender of the German 6th Army after months of attrition, freezing temperatures, and collapsing supply lines.

Axis & Allies Stalingrad places you in command of either the German forces, supported by minor Axis powers, or the Soviet defenders fighting for survival. Push forward in a rapid offensive toward the Volga, or dig in and buy time until winter and Operation Uranus change the course of the war.

The city of Stalingrad receives its own dedicated game board, featuring ferries across the river, snipers, and intense close-quarters urban combat. Supply management, reinforcement timing, and careful positioning are critical. Reckless advances will be punished. History already proved that.
