The P-51 became the top-scoring Allied fighter of the war, credited with destroying 4,950 enemy aircraft. After World War II, the P-51D continued its service during the Korean War and remained in use with several South American air forces until the early 1980s.
This kit includes detailed plastic components designed to accurately represent the aircraft in 1/48 scale. Once assembled and painted, the finished model makes an excellent addition to any WWII aviation collection.
