AIRFIX AIR04301V CHURCHILL BRIDGE LAYER (1/76)

The Churchill Bridge Layer was a specialized variant of the British Churchill tank, designed to quickly deploy a bridge in combat situations, allowing other armored vehicles and infantry to cross obstacles such as rivers, trenches, and anti-tank ditches. Based on the robust and heavily armored Churchill tank chassis, the bridge layer variant sacrificed its turret and armament to carry and deploy a bridge, making it an invaluable asset during Allied operations in World War II, particularly in the European theater.

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/76 scale of a British WWII Churchill tank fitted with a bridge instead of turret and weapons, able to deploy a 30 feet bridge to cross a obstacle under enemy fire.
