The Caladius Grav-Tank
The Caladius Grav-Tank provides the Custodes with a powerful combination of speed, protection, and heavy weaponry.
Rather than relying on conventional tracks, the Caladius uses sophisticated antigrav systems to rapidly reposition its considerable firepower across the battlefield.
Its advanced technology and exceptional armament make it one of the most formidable Imperial armored vehicles of its size.
Punish the Enemies of the Imperium
The Caladius is designed to bring heavy firepower wherever it is needed most.
Its mobility allows it to seek advantageous firing positions while its armored chassis provides protection against enemy retaliation.
Use the Caladius to:
-
Destroy enemy transports
-
Engage light and medium armor
-
Eliminate elite infantry
-
Support advancing Custodians
-
Pressure enemy objectives
-
Provide mobile heavy firepower
-
Exploit battlefield openings
-
Threaten priority targets
Iliastus Accelerator Cannon
The vehicle's primary armament is a turret-mounted Iliastus Accelerator Cannon.
This formidable weapon is capable of punching through enemy transports and lighter tanks while delivering devastating fire against heavily armored infantry.
Its large turret gives the Caladius an imposing silhouette and immediately identifies the vehicle as a dedicated heavy weapons platform.
Twin Lastrum Bolt Cannon
For additional anti-infantry capability, the Caladius can be equipped with a hull-mounted Twin Lastrum Bolt Cannon.
This option complements the heavy turret weapon by providing additional firepower against enemy troops.
Twin Neutronium Cascade Projectors
Alternatively, the hull can mount Twin Neutronium Cascade Projectors.
These weapons provide another option for clearing massed enemy forces and allow you to tailor the Caladius around the battlefield role you want it to perform.
Advanced Antigrav Technology
The Caladius uses sophisticated antigrav technology rather than conventional tracks.
This gives the vehicle both its distinctive appearance and the speed expected from advanced Custodian war machines.
The included Custodes Vehicle Flight Stem allows the finished miniature to appear suspended above the battlefield.
Armored Custodes Support
The Caladius provides a different type of support from the elite infantry and Dreadnoughts commonly found in Custodes armies.
Its combination of mobility and heavy ranged weapons makes it particularly useful for commanders who want to add substantial long-range firepower without sacrificing battlefield speed.
Warhammer 40,000 & Horus Heresy
The Caladius Grav-Tank can be used across two Warhammer game systems.
Warhammer 40,000
Field the vehicle as part of your Adeptus Custodes army and add fast-moving heavy armor to your shield company.
Warhammer: The Horus Heresy
Deploy it alongside the Legio Custodes during battles set in the Age of Darkness.
This cross-game compatibility makes the kit particularly useful for players collecting Custodes across both settings.
Legio Custodes Vehicle Transfer Sheet
The kit includes a Legio Custodes Vehicle Transfer Sheet featuring 210 high-quality waterslide transfers.
These include:
Use them to personalize the Caladius and record the vehicle's long history of service.
