Schedule:
- Registration: 10 AM - 1030AM
- Round 1: 10:30 AM - 12:40 PM
- Lunch Break: 12:45 PM - 1:15 PM
- Armies on Display for Paint Scoring 12:45 - 1:15 PM
- Round 2: 1:15 PM - 3:40 PM
- Round 3: 3:45 PM - 6:00 PM
- Awards Ceremony: 6:00 PM
Tournament Structure
- Number of Players: 16
- Rounds: 3
- Match Length: Each game is capped at 2 hours 10 Mins Firm.
- Format: Swiss. Players will not be eliminated, and all participants will play in all three rounds.
Rules and Regulations
Army Size: 500 points
Army List Submission: Army lists must be submitted in electronic format by Feb 1st
Models: All models must be fully assembled, and on a base if the model requires it (example: A Leman Russ Battle Tank does not come with a base therefore it does not require one).
Late Policy: Players arriving more than 15 minutes late for a round will forfeit the match.
Sportsmanship: Players are expected to maintain high standards of sportsmanship throughout the event.
Scoring System - Match Results:Wins = 3 points, Draws = 1 point, Losses = 0 points. - Tie-Breakers: In the event of a tie, tie-breakers will be determined by total victory points across all games.
- Painting and Sportsmanship: Additional points will be awarded for exceptional painting and sportsmanship as judged by tournament organizers.

Additional Information - Food and Drink: A pizza lunch is included in the cost of the ticket. Pizza slices and a can of pop is provided. The store sells sacks and there is a few restaurants nearby.
- Parking: Parking is limited to what is available on the street (meter parking) and the alleyway behind the shops location.
