Ticket cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be issued as a store credit.

Bandai wants to prioritize the event, all tickets sold must participate in the event. Priority will be given to players who show up and play on the day of the event. 

If you purchased the ticket for the product, but don't show up, and there is someone in store, they will get priority. There will be a second wave release for the actual products to be sold at a later date.

Payment must be made to secure your spot.
