The Orks in Warhammer 40,000 are a brutal and warlike species, known for their green skin and insatiable appetite for conflict. They are characterized by their crude but effective technology, which often seems to work more by sheer belief than by actual engineering principles. Ork society is highly anarchic, organized into tribes led by the biggest and toughest Orks, known as Warbosses. They are driven by a collective psychic field called the "Waaagh!" which fuels their war machines and amplifies their already considerable combat prowess. Orks speak in a rough, guttural language and have a unique culture centered around constant warfare, looting, and an almost joyful embrace of destruction. Despite their seemingly chaotic nature, Orks pose a significant threat to the galaxy due to their sheer numbers, resilience, and relentless aggression.
