Caesar decreed that he face execution for such humiliating failure, ordering him burned alive and thrown into the Grand Canyon. Astonishingly, he survived. Broken and in agony, crawling into the Wasteland where his perseverance and belief could lead him to be a mysterious ally or vengeful enemy. Contains 1 Burned Man and 1 Scenic Base.
