We offer combined shipping on all purchases. Use this to your advantage by purchasing multiple items and paying only a single shipping charge. It is usually more beneficial to make purchases this way.
In order to access combined shipping please make your purchases on Ebay.ca
If you attempt to make your purchase on another domain it will usually attempt to make you pay for each item individually. Go over to Ebay.ca and it should give you the option to ?Add items to cart? after doing so you simply go to checkout and ?Request invoice from seller?. This will prompt your commitment to the purchases and allow me to revise the invoice to allow you to enjoy the shipping discounts.
Shipping Rates and Estimated Times:
Canada : $13.00 Flat Rate , as many items as you'd like.
Via Expedited Parcel, Approximately 3-12 business days depending on location
United States : $5.00 - $10.00, as many items as you'd like.
Via air mails, approximately 7-16 business days
Express option available for $5.00 extra (7-12 business days guaranteed)
International- $5.00-$10.00 in most cases.
Via Surface mail, 3 to 6 weeks delivery time (Sometimes up to 8). If your package has not arrived please be patient and send us a message after 8 weeks.
If you order is over $50 we will usually have to send it by air mail / tracked in case it gets lost. The cost for this starts at $20 (6x6x4 box), $30 is roughly (9x6x3 box). Just to give you a rough idea.
We packed our models by wrapping them in bubble wrap, and filling the empty box with newspaper. This is to prevent it from bouncing around during shipment and breaking. Although we try our best to ensure that models arrive in one piece, please be aware that sometimes parts may come apart during shipping. Sometimes with used model the glue is very old and may not be as durable as when it was first applied.
As a result, please be aware that a model may require some re-assembly upon delivery. Please be aware and accepting of this when purchasing used models from us. If the model is severely damaged in transit due to external factors this would be another story. It is not fair to us to be left a bad review stating the model arrived broken when it is something beyond our control.

As part of our goal to help service multiple facets of the hobby, we are proud to offer commission and touch up services for models. Sometimes you may not have the time or skill to achieve what you want out of your forces. We have two methods to help you achieve awesome looking armies.

If you are interested in purchasing new items please send us a message. This is only available for customers within North America. Prices are roughly 20% off msrp.
Payments
Please try to pay for your items as soon as possible after making the purchase.
If an item has not been paid for after a week and no contact has been made we will
have to assume you do not intend to purchase it and proceed to open a case with
Ebay. This is done so that we may receive a refund for our sales fees and so that we
may relist the item again for other buyers.

In some cases buyers make purchases with echeques. We are required to wait for
these to fully clear which may take a few days prior to shipping the items.
Canadian Customers are Subject to taxes based on province.
Local Pickup:
We are located in Hamilton, Ontario and offer local meetups if you are interested in
saving on shipping costs. Please send us a message to arrange for this option.
