Items may sometimes be missing pieces, have conversions, or thick paint jobs. We will try to mention this in notes below as much as possible. In case we miss something this is a disclaimer for you to check the photos for yourself always just to be safe and to know exactly what you will be receiving.
We offer combined shipping on all purchases. Use this to your advantage by purchasing multiple items and paying only a single shipping charge. It is usually more beneficial to make purchases this way.
In order to access combined shipping please make your purchases on Ebay.ca and from a Desktop computer.
If you attempt to make your purchase on another domain it will usually attempt to make you pay for each item individually. Go over to Ebay.ca and it should give you the option to "Add items to cart" after doing so you simply go to checkout and "Request invoice from seller". This will prompt your commitment to the purchases and allow me to revise the invoice to allow you to enjoy the shipping discounts.
Shipping Rates and Estimated Times:
Canada : $13.00 Flat Rate, as many items as you'd like. Via Expedited Parcel, Approximately 3-12 business days depending on location.
Lettermail (Stamps)- Some small items will qualify for lettermail at a cheaper rate. These take 1-2 weeks to arrive but have no tracking. If an item is running late or gets lost our policy is we will refund you after 1 month for any lettermail items.
United States : $6.50 - $13.00 (CDN), as many items as you'd like. Via air mails, approximately 7-16 business days. Express option available for $5.00 extra (7-12 business days guaranteed).
Basic Ground Mail - $5.00 to $10.00, Approximately 4-8 weeks Delivery Time.
International Air Mail - $15.00 to $40.00, Approximately 1 month, Tracking Included. Price varies based on weight / dimensions.
International purchases may be subject to duties and taxes. We will try to help when possible but this is the responsibility of the buyer. Orders over $40.00cdn will be required to be sent tracked.

Looking for an item you don?t see in our store? We can order it in for you. We can access and get you almost any product that is posted on the Gamesworkshop website.
Prices are usually about 20% off the posted Gamesworkshop Price. Webstore Exclusive items are 10% off.
We will normally take payment up front for the product and then order it in for you. This takes about 1 week on average. Once the items arrive we will dispatch them to you as normal. If you have any questions regarding this process please send us a message
Please try to pay for your items as soon as possible after making the purchase.
If an item has not been paid for after a week and no contact has been made we will have to assume you do not intend to purchase it and proceed to open a case with Ebay. This is done so that we may receive a refund for our sales fees and so that we may relist the item again for other buyers.

In some cases buyers make purchases with e¬-cheques. We are required to wait for these to fully clear which may take a few days prior to shipping the items. Canadian Customers are Subject to taxes based on province.
We are located in Hamilton, Ontario and offer local meetups if you are interested in saving on shipping costs. You will be required to commit to purchase on Ebay first. We will then send you a revised pickup invoice and arrange contact info and pickup details after this is done.
Customer Satisfaction is our main goal. Help me help you. I can not do so if I do not know the issue. We have very few complaints overall and those we do encounter are usually resolved quickly.

Returned Packages - Sometimes packages might get returned to us for a variety of reasons. These might include incomplete / incorrect address, unclaimed packages, or other reasons. When this happens the return process is unfortunately very long. The package will get sent back to the main shipping hub before being sorted and sent to our local post shop. As a result, the return process for a package like this can sometimes take 3-4 weeks before the package can be retrieved and resent out.
If the reason for the return was the buyers fault (incomplete address for example), there will be a return fee associated with having the package sent back to us and we will then have to charge again to have it resent back out.
This situation rarely happens (less than 1%) but it does happen once in a while. These notes are simply as a disclaimer and for your knowledge. Unfortunately the long return process is out of our control. The good news however is that we can normally fix and resolve the issue, we just ask for some patience.
